Mango smoothie - ( Serves 2 )

Ingredients
- 1 large sweet mango or 2 medium sized mangoes- peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk
- Nuts and sweet fruits of choice to garnish
Method
- Blend the mangoes with the almond milk
- Pour it into glasses.
- Garnish with nuts and sweet fruits of choice
Mixed Berries and Banana smoothie - ( Serves 2 )

Banana Smoothie
- I ½ cup blueberries
- 1 ripe banana- peeled and roughly chopped
- 3/4rth cup of water
- ¼ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon jaggery- optional
Method
- Blend the berries, banana, water, vanilla yogurt and jaggery together
- Pour in glasses
Papaya Smoothie - ( Serves 2 )

Ingredients
- ½ large ripe papaya- peeled, deseeded and chopped
- 1 ripe banana- peeled, chopped -optional
- 1 cup almond milk- (please visit our almond milk recipe)
- 4-5 cashews - (soaked in little water for 6 hours) - roughly chopped
- 2 dried dates- roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Jaggery powder- optional -for extra sweetness
- (Jaggery powder is available in Indian stores-jaggery powder- replacement for sugar)
Method
- Blend together papaya, banana, almond milk and jaggery powder together
- Serve in glasses
- Garnish with cashews and dates
Strawberry Banana Smoothie - ( Serves 2 )

Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries
- 2 ripe banana- peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup almond milk- refer to our almond milk recipe
- ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- Water if needed
Method
- Blend the strawberries, banana, almond milk and vanilla yogurt
- Add water if needed to maintain consistency
Banana Smoothie - ( Serves 2-3 )

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas- peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (please visit our Almond milk recipe)
- 3 tablespoons walnut- coarsely chopped
- 2 dried dates- pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon jaggery powder for more sweetness- (optional- available in Indian stores- replacement for sugar)
Method
- In a blender add bananas, almond milk and jaggery.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- Garnish with walnuts and dates and serve.
