Once a week kids classes are held where they are taught living values. The sessions are interactive and involve story telling, art and craft activities, singing dancing and light meditations.

These vegetarian cooking classes are arranged to not only teach cooking vegetarian food recipes but also to teach how to cook in a higher consciousness. Food cooked in this way yields a powerful positive energy that nourishes both body and mind.
